About TMNT: Deep Space April
TMNT: Deep Space April is a side-scrolling action game based on the world of TMNT and the classic cartoon series. This time, the mission belongs to April O’Neil. Equipped with a special Astro-Suit designed by Fugitoid, she heads into deep space to recover the missing pieces of the Black Hole Generator before Captain Mozar and the Triceraton army can use them against Earth.
Unlike most TMNT Cartoon Games, this adventure focuses entirely on April’s solo mission. She travels through dangerous locations like Varanon, the Moon of Thalos 3, and the massive Mother Ship while fighting alien soldiers and avoiding deadly traps. The game keeps a fast pace, but it’s easy to pick up thanks to its simple controls and clear enemy patterns.
The cartoon-style visuals and arcade-inspired gameplay make it feel like a classic action game from the TMNT universe. Each stage introduces stronger enemies, new attack combinations, and tougher boss fights as April gets closer to recovering the final machine piece.
How To Play
Learn April’s Attacks
Enemies appear in different colors, and each one requires a specific move:
- Press the Left Arrow to use the Tessen attack against red enemies
- Press the Right Arrow to kick blue enemies
- Press the Up Arrow to activate Psychic attacks against green enemies
Later enemies may require combinations of attacks, so quick reactions become important.
Build Combos And Score Multipliers
Every defeated enemy gives points, but continuous streaks increase your score multiplier. Missing an enemy resets the bonus, so timing matters as much as survival.
Use The Super Attack
As you defeat enemies, April’s energy meter fills up. Once full, press the Spacebar to activate her strongest attack. You’ll need to trace galaxy-shaped patterns with your mouse to unleash a large blast that clears multiple enemies at once.
Survive The Boss Battles
Each level ends with a fight against Captain Mozar and the Triceraton Fleet. During the final battle, the Mother Ship attempts to capture April with powerful tractor beams. Hold the Down Arrow to escape and continue the fight.
TMNT: Deep Space April combines quick arcade combat, simple controls, and classic cartoon action into one of the more unique Cartoon Games inspired by the TMNT universe.
