How To Play
Core Gameplay
In Elliott from Earth: Bug-Off, your ultimate goal is simple—take back control of the ship by defeating all the nano-nits. To do so, you must strategically capture enemy bases and clear the map of pesky bugs. Each base you control creates more medi-bots, the tiny soldiers you’ll command. But beware: balancing defense and offense is key to victory.
Controls
- Click or Tap: Select a base, upgrade your defenses, or send your bots to a destination.
Every time you send bots, only half will move to the new spot while the rest stay behind to guard their base. This unique gameplay mechanic pushes you to think ahead and plan carefully. You can even send bots from multiple bases at once to launch a coordinated strike, but be sure to leave enough medi-bots to protect your existing bases!
Base Upgrades
Strengthen your defenses and expand faster with base upgrades:
- Power Plants: Increase bot production rate, helping you grow your army faster.
- Turrets: Automatically attack incoming nano-nits and provide strong defensive cover for your bases.
A fully upgraded base can make all the difference. Use power plants strategically for quick expansions and place turrets in the front lines to protect against massive bug swarms.
Resource Management
Scan the map for empty mounds that can be transformed into new bases. Each mound has a number—this indicates how many bots are needed to claim it. Capturing low-number mounds early is a great way to build your army quickly and take control of the battlefield.
Combat Strategy
Combat is simple yet intense—one medi-bot takes out one nano-nit. Turrets, however, shift the odds significantly in your favor, taking down multiple bugs at once. If enemies overwhelm a base, you can reshuffle bots from nearby locations to provide backup and fortify your defenses.
To win, destroy all enemy bases and wipe out the remaining swarm for complete victory. With smart strategies and quick thinking, you can help Elliott and Mo save the day!
